In front of more than 36,000 fans at St. Jakob-Park, Mélanie Freymond co-hosted Eurovision 2025 Arena Plus alongside Sven Epiney. For 90 minutes, they built the energy in the stadium ahead of the Grand Final, shown live on giant screens and connected to the official Eurovision broadcast. To close the evening, Mélanie also announced the Swiss jury points live from Basel.

Entrepreneurs and CEOs came together to explore leadership at the LEAD Forum at Lausanne’s Pôle muséal. Across two editions, we hosted and moderated discussions in front of around one hundred business leaders. Keynotes, interviews and debates were all prepared in advance to keep the conversation focused, dynamic and moving forward.

For UBS, Speak Up hosted the Investment Outlook conferences in Lausanne and Geneva for around 300 investors and clients. From opening the event to conducting interviews and moderating discussions on stage, every element was delivered with the rigour expected by a high-level business audience.

Context

For TL, Mélanie Freymond created a one-minute reel introducing a new product. The project covered the full process: writing, filming, on-camera presentation and editing. A complete production designed to say what matters in sixty seconds — clearly and effectively, on Instagram and Facebook.

Through individual media training, Speak Up prepared several members of the Swiss SailGP team to face journalists during press conferences in 2025. Earlier, we had also hosted and conducted interviews at the press conference announcing SailGP’s arrival in Switzerland, in front of around thirty members of the media.

Over two days, Mélanie hosted the Automated Mobility Summit in Zurich for industry leaders and members of the press. The event was hosted entirely in English, including interviews and panel discussions, in a highly technical sector where clarity makes all the difference.

In front of 4,000 spectators at the Bern Arena — and a live online audience — Mélanie Freymond co-hosted the SwissSkills ceremony in French, German and Italian. The live show celebrates Switzerland’s most talented apprentices and brings together young professionals, families, institutions and political representatives. Mélanie has hosted the ceremony on three occasions.

At the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne, in front of an audience of 2,000 people, Mélanie Freymond delivered an eight-minute TEDx talk in English: “How to speak with your body, not your words”. The talk required a precise writing process to create a message that was engaging, substantial and impactful — while remaining within the strict time limit.
